However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day refund period from the day you receive your product. Please email us and share your problem with us. If we are unable to provide a solution then you will be asked to return the item(s) undamaged in its (their) original packaging. Return item(s) must be sent to us post paid. Once we receive the item(s) we will provide a refund on the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling fees.

If you scratch your screen by applying excessive pressure and or by getting something stuck under the tip such as sand, we are not responsible for repairing your screen or buying you a new device.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are shipped on the same business day. We ship via USPS and it usually takes around 3 to 7 business days for your product to arrive. As the customer you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are unable to change your address once your order has been processed. If a mistake is made please email us immediately.

Shipping to our international brothers and sisters is a bit more expensive. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are shipped on the same business day. Once you order e.stylo and make the payment on PayPal, you will receive an automatically generated email from us. This email will show the total amount you paid and the address we will ship the product to. If you have not received an email from us confirming your purchase, please check your spam folder.
