Let me first start off by saying saying thanks to all the people who have supported us this far. We appreciate all your kind words, feedback and especially the purchases. We started selling Estylo 1.0 at the end of March of this year. Since then we haven’t stopped trying to make it better and we won’t stop for that matter.
When we first started offering Estylo 1.0 they were all made by hand. But even though they were made by hand quality was at the top of the list. Some people complained about the tip not working in many angles but we did get some positive feedback over at Art Of Today and other places. We even featured some contests over at Sketchclub and Colors!. We kinda kept it underground for a bit until it was perfect, well in my mind at least. And making things just by hand is kinda hard too.
We are still making these ourselves but now we have a sanding machine that’ll help us make them look even better. Estylo 1.1 works in way more angles, attaches magnetically to the iPad 2, is eco friendly and has a much more durable tip. A bunch of other slight improvements have also been made but we don’t want to bore you too much. We honestly want to create the pencil of the future so hopefully you can give us a little boost over at Kickstarter.
